This website serve Forest Lakes residents by providing information about the homeowner's association and community. It is the only official site actively managed by the Forest Lakes Homeowner's Association, or FLHOA.

Caution!
The playground needs a little bit of attention. Please don’t use it until we can arrange to have the problems resolved. We’ve wrapped caution tape around the playground set.
The swings are fine and open to use.
Celebrate the end of the school year!
Get your squirt guns ready neighbors! We are going to celebrate the end of the school year by having the Smile ice cream truck come visit our neighborhood. Come meet at the playground at 1:00 pm on June 16 for ice cream, a water gun fight, and water balloons! If you decide to bring water guns, we will have the playground and benches as a safe-zone for those who do not want to get wet, and we will have a special area for water balloons if you bring them to help contain the clean-up afterwards! Hope to see you there!
