How to Pay your Annual Assessment

FLHOA annual assessments are due on May 1 each year. Assessment statements with the current year's assessment amount are mailed to each homeowner. The statement will include your account number. You can also contact The Select Group for your account number.

You can use one of the following methods to pay your annual assessment:

Enumerate. Enumerate is an online property management software used by our management company. It includes a smart phone app and a web page, from which you can pay your assessment. If you do not have an Enumerate account, contact The Select Group to obtain a registration link.
Online. Pay online at this website: https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com/ using The Select Group’s management ID number #4555, the Community ID #0056, and your account number. Note: This method incurs bank fees that you will need to pay in addition to the assessment.
Online from your Financial Institution's bill paying service. Set up your financial institution's bill paying feature to send payment to the Forest Lakes Homeowners Association using the address at the bottom of this page and your account number from the assessment statement. If your financial institution requires a telephone number, use The Select Group's office telephone number, (757) 486-6000.
Check. Mail a check payable to “Forest Lakes Homeowner's Association” with your name, address, and the coupon from the Assessment statement to the “lock box” mailing address below. Note: Do not use this address for regular correspondence to the management company or to the board of directors.
